Rental Agreement:

Weather is Beyond our Control. VK Jumpers reserves the right to cancel any reservations/orders due to changes in weather that will affect the use of our jumpers/equipment at any time.


VK Jumpers reserves the right to cancel any reservations/orders at any time.


Cancellation fee of 25% for the TOTAL cost of the rental applies to all orders CANCELLED no later than 24hrs PRIOR to rental date.  Full Amount of Rental is charged for ANY cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to Rental Date.

A Credit Card MUST be given at the time of reservation to FINALIZE the order.  If no card is given at the time of reservation, the order will NOT be considered finalized and therefore will NOT be reserved OR delivered.

Customers are responsible for letting us know of ANY stairs/obstacles that are located on the property that will affect the delivery of rental equipment at the time of reservation and BEFORE delivery. 

Any Stairs/obstacles that will affect delivery of equipment are subject to extra charges/fees.  

Rental period of equipment is for 1 Day (typically 6-8 hours).

Orders that ONLY consist of small items (tables/chairs/linens/concession stands)

MUST meet a minimum of $60 to qualify for delivery

(delivery/pick up charge NOT included).

All Tables/Chairs delivered MUST be Stacked/Folded BEFORE pick up or an additional charge for disassembly will apply.

Free Delivery is ONLY applicable to orders totaling OVER $100 (which ONLY include Jumpers/Canopies: NOT APPLICABLE if ONLY renting Tables/Chairs) AND located within 10 miles of our Store (Pasadena).
